Wont you think many of the shares are undervalued including RIL, ICICI. Cant these return good profit once market bounce back?

CB Sir , I am holding Federal Bank (50 shares) @ 319 . Shall I average @ 305 now. And also holding blue bird 500 shares @ 37 , shall I sell blue bird & buy some other stock or average.
