Would June expiry call options be cheaper to buy now instead of buying in June? Or is it better to wait to see how June opens up and then take a 5200 CA?

I understand that the US stock exchanges open at 7pm Indian Time.
When do they close (Indian Time)?
Also, the timings of Dow futures.
