Bank of rajashthan will be merged into ICICI bank .So if i buy this share today will i be eligible for the swap ratio of ICICI bank share.IS there any timeline.Also this a gud idea to buy BOR share today. IF yes plz suggest the price.

In the front page article of Nseguide related to merger between Icici and BOR , it is written there " Both have agreed to a share swap of 1:4.72. In terms of quantity, every 118 shares of BoR will get 25 share of ICICI". Wat does it mean?
