Kesar Enterprises has fixed 14 May 2010 as the record date for the purpose of reckoning names of the equity shareholders of Kesar Enterprises who shall be entitled to receive 7 equity shares Rs. 10 each of Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure for every 10 equity shares of Rs. 10 each held by the shareholders of KEL, pursuant to scheme of arrangement.
what do you mean by this sir?if i buy it today will i be elligible to get kesar terminal and infrastructure shares?

I am having some 50 stocks of techmahindra, bought at 890, 2 months back.
I am ready to hold it on for another 2-3 months more. Please let me know how to deal with this stock. Should i hold it or sell it?

HI KARTIK, WHAT IS THE SHORT TERM TARGET OF SRF ? IM HOLDING @ 238 SINCE 3 YEARS.
and also supertex 526133 whats your view on this ?
