Dear CB/ Kartik,
What is the technical meaning when a co. buy back from open market at market price. with some open date & end date mentioned .What effect does it show on company stock movement. Please guide.
Kartik, replies: Hi cement, buy back means that the company buy's its own stocks, if its above the Market price, then its likely to positive for the stock, and it might see some upmove. Open data refers to the date when the company shall start buying its shares and end date refers to the last date (a companies does a buy back of its own shares between a open and a end date)
