Is it better to stay away from market in current situation? I am holding cash, but i dont know if i should trade until there is clear pciture of market direction. Please advise. If there are any stocks you think i should go long on, please mention them.

my avg of LIC is 955...can i get 960 today as it is on margin i have to cut by tomorrow eod.should i wait? I have to log off for 2 hrs from now..can u let me know which price should i put for lic??
