Today a BSE announcement came for this stcok what does this mean for this stock…
REI Agro Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2010, have
1. Decided to convene an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company on May 22, 2010 for seeking shareholders consent to consider and approve the reservation of Equity Share in proposed Rights Issue for the FCCB Holders in terms of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009 and final observations issued by SEBI on the proposed issue and;
2. Decided that the aggregate principal amount of the proposed rights issue of up to Rs. 1500 Crores will be increased by the amount of reserved rights exercised by the FCCBs holders
WHAT DOES THIS NEWS MEANS. IS THIS GOOD NEWS FOR THIS STOCK. WHAT SHOULD BE MY ACTION NOW FOR THIS STOCK?

Hi CB/Karthik: Lots of news around RNRL. Wt do u suggest today the stock rose with huge volumes.Is it a speculation that the verdict would be in favor of Anil? Is the verdict going to be out tomo.. wt wud be the stock future tomo..
Please let me know.

HI CB: Luking at the way Europe market is going down. I have no hope that our market would be able to recover. We mite see some more correction may be 100-200 points from here.May be nifty wud be able to find some support around 5050-5100.
