Hi Kartik, HI It is likely that our mkt may open gap up as some haggling is now going on between the IMF and the Europeans '..and Europe and US may improve today..If it does , do u expect another bout of profit booking ... over all it was considered till this morning that our mkt comparatively fared better..How do u see it please ?
.and finally our dear punjlloyd ,,will it be able to attract the attention of big guys ..FIIS, and the likes and reach at least 167 tomorrow ..

REI Agro Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2010, have
1. Decided to convene an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company on May 22, 2010 for seeking shareholders consent to consider and approve the reservation of Equity Share in proposed Rights Issue for the FCCB Holders in terms of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009 and final observations issued by SEBI on the proposed issue and;
2. Decided that the aggregate principal amount of the proposed rights issue of up to Rs. 1500 Crores will be increased by the amount of reserved rights exercised by the FCCBs holders
