Manappuram General Finance & Leasing has fixed 04 May 2010 as the record date for the purpose of dub-division of face value of the equity shares of the company from the present Rs. 10 per share into shares of Rs. 2 each and make a bonus issue in the ratio 1:1 to those shareholders.
sir..what does this mean?do we get free shares?will the price get reduced?
