Hi som, not really sure of the details as to how it works. but if there is a issue, then stocks will be sent to auction on the 3 day. the stock you sold from delivery will be noted as a short sell in intraday where you forgot to cover it up.

ok cb, thanx, but isnt there any way by which it is confirmed that selling is not gone for auction.
and if so less risk is there then why does they say that btst not allowed for a particular day?

goodafternoon sir,yesterday i purchased sel manu. at 65 and sold them at 67 for intraday.this is apart from the 1000 shares that i hold .can i again go for intraday in sel manu on monday?
