I read the following at tradersedge...'
'It costs nothing to enter into a futures contract whereas there is a cost of entering into an options contract, termed as Premium.' What does this mean ? Cd u kindly explain ?
Also can I do an intraday trade in futures of mcleod or reliance pl tomorrow ?

One more " Hi Gitanjali, in options loss at times can be unlimited. futures is fine if we have the bal in acc to hold onto stocks for a long time too "
