I had taken Mindtree @ 608 levels some time back when u told us. Where does it go ? can i exit from it ?

Kartik Sir, I am holding 2 Calls of JP Associates 160 CALL (1 bought @ 7.1 & another bought @ 4.1) And also having NIFTY 5300 CALL (bought @ 105.8) . Shall I keep some stop loss for these or exit at CMP.
