hi cb today also hpcl has slipped down 5 rs.it had slipped down abot 90 rs less then 2 months.where will this downfall stop.i wnt to do avg but cant decide at what level i shud buy.can u tell me at what level entering will be safe.

Thanks CB. AS per your advice. I am still holding Union Bank(holding @277) rather than selling in loss. I could not buy NMDC today.
Why market rose suddenly in the last 20-30 mins? Any news?
