Since last two days, Bank stocks showing consistence up movement.......... can it continues for the coming days.......... in the banking stock, which all are the good bets for a weeks time...........

I see Genesys international on BSE site has news that , some open offer of 120 Rs.
I am dumb to interpret if this news is +ve or -ve on stock. Will the stock price go down, or will it pick up from here ?
