Hi Kapil, yes, it usually happens. to be on the safe side in future, dont sell stocks unless they are seen in ur demat account. i guess it will be now treated as "short selling". if thats not the case then stock will be sent to auction on the 3rd day and if the price of the stock goes down then you could be in profits else a loss. also check if they charge any penalty. usually some brokers charge 20% of the total amt. still confirm the course of action from the broker.
