Hi CB/Kartik I have 300 shares of Brabourne Enterprises. When I search this stock in NSE I couldn't find it. In BSE website it is saying that this stock is "suspended due to procedural reasons". What is the meaning of this? Shall I be able to sell this off? If not is there any other way of recovering my money? Thanks in advance.

February 03, 2010 (i.e. closing hours of trading on February 02, 2010) on account of Scheme of Arrangement between the Company, CHI Investments Limited, Octav Investments Limited and Summit Securities Limited with RPG Itochu Finance Limited.", no news on its re-listing date yet
