Hi DSP, oh.........thats a big loss........i have been seeing ur inqueries regarding hero honda........what u plan to do now ?? Something same happened to me too with ICICI.....though it was bit different nd my loss was also not that big. i did everything that i cud have from meeting their local branch officers to complaing on net as well as complained to SEBI too thru their site........but nothing happened.
everyone remained deaf...........and we still continue to feel proud of being n INDIAN.
though no offences meant to anyone but this is sick. when a bank like ICICI....doesnt bother about ur money nd a body like SEBI doesnt revert even.

Hi DSP, having read our post, I share piece of information, which you may find useful.The loss tha you have incurred has been due to the negligence of the Dealer, what all brokerages employ is a record of the conversation between clients and dealers, for reference,should such a case arise.Ask them to track the conversation, else you ay employ legal means and get a transcript of your conversation from your telecom service provider - Landline or Mobile.Hope it helps suport your case

CB, replies: Hi DSP, this is really sad. I did check the chart and see that it traded at rs.13 which i guess is ur trade. I would advice to file a law suit against the broker or ask him to compensate for the loss. Also we need ask SEBI regarding this. I'll call a couple of lawyers and check out if we can actually file a case regarding such an issue. Can you email me your contact number at [email protected] please. Hi DSP.. This is rediculous.. there is a huge difference between 130 and 13. Even though if the order was by mistakely set, the LTP shud be the default.It can never happen.. especially price manupulation is not allowed...
Take this concern to the Stock broker manager and tell him u would file a case against the related personnels including SEBI...
