cb,i bought honda options (1560) @45.yesterday when it is at 1685-1690 i made phone to my broker (networth franchise) and told put order @ 128-130.he in hurry put the rate 13 in spite 130.& the order executed. so that for 13 lots it was 3 lacks loss.u know hw many days onwards i am waiting &asking about honda for that price.wt should i do?any compliant to any officials that when price was @1690 hw can 13 rs order executed although it was a mistake.pls guide me further?i am deeply hurted.PLSSSS advice me.
CB, replies: Hi DSP, this is really sad. I did check the chart and see that it traded at rs.13 which i guess is ur trade. I would advice to file a law suit against the broker or ask him to compensate for the loss. Also we need ask SEBI regarding this. I'll call a couple of lawyers and check out if we can actually file a case regarding such an issue. Can you email me your contact number at [email protected] please.
