sir i have 500 gremach infra @62,currently it is trading at 35,what should i do ,will it ever reach my acquisition price,and if yes than by what time?should i sell it and reinvest in other scrip so that i may cover the losses or should i hold them?

CB, replies: Hi thangam, as of now start buying in small quantity.. dont invest all ur money at one time.. 4000-4100 is good support and we are unlikely to break this level unless there is some bad news

Hi sathy anil, if you plan to invest in small lots go for an SIP..it will give good profits.. in stocks you need to buy and hold for short term..

Hi PARESHKUMAR SHAH, if you trade then one need to be ready to hold a script for little longer if it does not work out on a particular day and if it still dips in a day or 2 he should avg it out.. if one has holding power then I am sure one can profit from trading. Im other words hold a stock till it does not give good profit.

sir,now july next railwaybudjet feb2010,my plan, every railwaybudjet railway stocks go fire,kalendiyrail this budjet high 234.50.today 191,so 100 to 120 level enter and sell near budjetday.easyway double the money just one year,am corect or wrong?
CB, replies: Hi thangam, that's right..we can play Railway stocks this way.. analysts change every 100 points..once nifty start moving higher they will give higher targets and once it starts coming down, will give lower targets.. best strategy is to buy stocks in avg quantity and keep money aside to avg them or buy more on dips if markets see a correction.. avoid buying at higher levels and invest more when we see a correction
