What is your view on RCF till Budget? Whats the target upto budget? Is it good to hold!

I'm holding cranes 500 nos @ Rs 25... I can hold 1 year...May be i can average once if it reaches its final bottom ;-)..pl advise would it be worth holding or will it go to single digit fig...pl advise me to take a correct decision whether to book loss or hold.
