Hii, what do u recommand us to do? Is it the right time to exit from the portfolio as market is voletile

CB, there was something on fertilizers in this budget. But I am unable to comprehend the +ves or -ves of it
The method of subsidizing fertilizer prices will be shifted to a "nutrient based subsidy regime" from a "product pricing regime", Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee said while presenting the 2009-10 budget in the parliament on Monday. The measure would lead to unshackling of the fertilizer manufacturing sector and would result in fresh investments and direct transfer of subsidies to farmers, he said.

today i sold(short) 500 shares of itc at Rs 210.50 now it trade at 211.50 can i wait or buy
