Is Temptation Foods worth buying? What about CALS refinery? Both are Ketan Parekh scripts?

Yaar CB bahut log daraarahe he ki all over negetive market he aur apko position nahi leni chahiye aur agar postion hoto rally me exit karlo. Are they right????? pls suggest us what we do next
