Why suzlon and Unitech are dipping? can they be bought at CMP or shud wait for more dips?

Sir ur kind advice helped me and i was able to less my loss in stc.now whats ur target in stc and rcf.zee buisness is giving target of 620 and 160 respectively. Ur kind views, targets and stoploss.
