I hold 100 stocks @ 42 of vijaya bank and it has declared divided of 10 %. So much will i get ? will i get rs 420?

How good is sugar industry, i am following the analyst and read that there is a mismatch in global demand and supply of sugar, this sector should outperform going forward as the demand is likely to be the highest in the last 25 years.
Is it bullish??
i am thinking to purchase Renuka sugar or balrampur chinni...
Let me know if this sector is better to invest for long term gain .
Also let me know the approximate long term period which you think i should invest, if at all it is worth.

With above reference of my previous post about sugar industry, when you say med/long term what exactly is the term you are talking about, i mean 4 months .. 6 months or a year??
