again on cipla. If i continue with holding one jan fut at 345 and short 350 call at 6 till expiry, will it give more returns than quitting in between?

I am also holding Balarpur Chini . I heard it will reach 165 but till date its just between 130-145 range. At what price should i sell and should i buy more at dips??
