Dear CB
Unity is to raise Rs.250 crore through QIP. Its M-Cap is only around Rs.450 crore. Does it mean that the promoters are going to sell a major chunk of their holding? Additionally, why does the company go for a QIP when its share price is so low? Is it in a major financial crunch? Please educate me a little.
