Hi sukhpal,
Face value of Siemens is Rs. 2
Dividends are of two types.
1) Final Dividend (which is declared along with the Financial results for the year)
2) Interim Dividend (which is declared at any point in the year other than above)
Since the Date Effective for declaring the dividens is :19-01-2010.
who ever hold the Siemens shares at the end of that day, they will be declared the dividends.
Dividends are always declared on the Facevalue of the share.
250% means 250% on the Rs. 2 i.e. Rs. 5 for every Siemens share you hold.
10 shares means, you will get Rs. 50 as a dividend.

This site is really good and very helpful, but I need to give you some suggestions.
The updation of the columns under "OVERSOLD STOCKS" and "VOLUME SHOCKERS" are 07/01/2010 and not current, it would be helpful if the stocks are updated with current data and not of yesterday's data.
