I wanna enquire abot SHIV VANI OIL AND GAS . WHy is the stock not moving up. Not participated in the rally. Is the co. bad or some operator is playing with the stock?

I am holding Sintex@264, REIAgro@49 and NHPC@34 for last 2-3 months. I can hold for another 6 months. Please suggest to hold or exit with levels, please.
