IFCI has reported profit in its results,but according to times of india dated 27th,the finance ministry is scrapping the idea of a strategic partner in it due to its improving finanacial condition,sir in the short term will it affect the share price? and what could be its target?

i have 100 shares of aban offshore @ 1100/ ,500 shares of suzlon @ 121/,500 shares of indian overseas bank @ 95/ & 500 shares of chambal fertilizer @ 66/.please sujest me to sell or hold these stoks for short to medium term.
