Hi Kartik,
Its regarding writing the options. When I try to sell the call option/put option, the message is "Options writing is not allowed in this segment". I tried with nifty and different stocks too, but I am clueless how to write a call/put option. Is there is pre-requisite for writing the options. Please clarify this.

Want to inform you that Option writing involves a lot of risk as loss can be unlimited if position goes in opposite direction and hence Broker require certain margin and you request for activation of this facility.
