Great thnx CB just let me join the link, and u let me know if I am correct.. e.g. i short today 5000 put trading at 59 .. and on expiry day irrespective of spot, its value vl be near to 0 , and i can square off at then .. rt ?
CB, replies: Hi Bull, no.. not of 5000 put if nifty continues to trade around 4900-5000. higher/lower level puts like 5200, 4800, 4700 puts will be near 0 by the time of expiry if nifty continues to trade near 5000 levels. my id is [email protected]

Hi CB, I am holding 6 lots NIFTY 4900 PE with avg buy price at Rs32.50.
This was closed today at 26.50. Please suggest me wat shall I keep SL for this...... Could we see some profit booking on thursday and market coming down??....plz advice.

sry CB , i think i figured out that in my above question, profit was limited but loss is unlimited. since its not necessary to hv 5k put to 0 , if we are in the money.. but pls paste ur mail id mate, if u don mind
