Hi aditya, yes. i know of phoenix mills which is one realty company in mumbai.. searching for others. wait for 10-15 min, if selling pressure comes in, then one can go short

Hi CB.. wt impact will Advance tax payments have on nifty which is supposed to be announced on Dec 15th ???
Will we see some movement in market??

Hi CB,
I want to invest in any two SIP for the following mutual funds for next 8-10 years horizon:
HDFC Top 200
Kotak Top 30
Reliance Growth
Sundaram BNP Paribas Select Midcap Func
Pls suggest is it a good idea to invest for such long period. Which among these two are best for Rs 2000/- per month. Suggest me other fund if you know better than the above mentioned.

CB, Last week Bhushan's high flashed at 1547, but rate is not crossing 1375. When will it enter to 1400 levels and touch 1547. holding for a very long time.
