The market is seeing a short covering rally with European markets being supportive. Sensex is trading at 17220, up 237 points and Nifty is at 5145, up 79 points from the previous close. CNX Midcap index is up 1.29% and BSE Smallcap index is up 1.33%. The market breadth is negative with advances at 924 against declines of 353 on the NSE
