    Can someone help me. In some places it is mentioned, keep Stop Loss on closing basis.

    Please help me understand what this means as I am aware of Stop Loss, but not sure of this particular term.

    Hi PB, That means you have to watch out for the level as the closing rate.. for example if Stop Loss for NIFTY short is 5120 on closing basis, then you need to see if NIFTY closes above 5120 on a particular day, if yes then it would be advisable to get out of the short position...
