Hey Kartik - Its said that before the market see's any meaningful downside, the small cap stocks will show the best strength ... how far is this true... if thats the case then for the past 2-3 days we are seeing good sector rotation from Phrama to hotels to media .... all the small cap defensive stocks...wht are your comments?
