if i subscibe for it tomorrow at opening bell , 1 lot , and if it gets subscribed 20 times , still will i get priority?? or it will be purely lottery??

could plzz explain me the details of relaince media world shares which listed on friday and had a very volatile session..who all received those shares and in what ratio?? is the stock good to buy or sell tomorrow..?
