Hi kartik,
I invested a huge amount on satyam after Jan7 scam when it was trading around 14Rs.
I am still holding a part of it for long term.I was damn sure that it would recover fast.
But can u tell me whether can i invest in Austral Coke. Where do u see this share in 6-10 months time
Kartik, replies: Hi equity kings, Satyam was a different story.. LT and may others players had huge stake in it and also it had almost 10k employees. Austral i would advice to wait for couple of quarters to see how its results are posted. personally, would advice to stay away from it

I today learned some technical analysis basically the RSI. As per your technical chart the Nifty 14 days RSI stands at 54.23. So can we assume that as long as the Nifty stays above RSI 50, long position should be mainatined and do we shor Nifty if it comes below 50.

Kartik, replies: Hi Ashish Anand, if rsi falls below 30 then stock is oversold and can see some bounce in short term on the other hand if rsi is above 70 then it becomes a overbought stock. . Suzlon technically has resistance at 90-93 where it previously saw huge selling pressure and came down to 55 levels. . Ranbaxy is overbought.. one should book profits in it for now.. short sell overbought stocks only once they are moving below RSI 70..

Can we short Suzlon Energy for this series. It's RSI is almost 65 and is close to the overbought area of RSI 70. Also this stock is right now below its 200 day moving average. I need you view on this.

If technical indicators are correct then we should short sell Ranbaxy. Its RSI is 90 which is way above the overbought zone RSI 70. Kindly have your view.
