hi CB one interesting thing i am not able to understand ,if u c open intrest,contracts traded and turn over 4900 put has more than 5000 put, but markets are at 5032 level it should have been more in 5000 than 4900 y is it like this.hw about ur dinner sir
CB, replies: Hi ostium, yes.. i also witnessed lot of buying interest in 4900 put today. maybe a group of people betting big on it..also its movement was much more than 5000 put today. just had dinner, hope you done with it too.

Hi CB/Kartik, On what basis you ascertain a stock is oversold/overbought? Is overbought stocks are safer in the sense that they will not be down furter too much. Can this be a safe startegy to buy oversold scrips?
CB, replies: Hi ACR, yes, in oversold downside can be termed as limited from a current level..for this case there should not be any negative news on the fundamental side of the company..buy them once they witness volume expansion
