Good evening Brother... can one short nifty around 5000 levels tomorrow with a stop loss of 5050 and what if there is a gap down tomrrow? should I buy Nifty then?

CB, I was trapped in bank nifty futures (2 LOTS) @ 8725... Now you are telling NIFTY will be 5000 and then we can short.. So should i cover my SHORT and short again around 5000 level... Pls advice... already lost 25000 K... what should be my next move.. what is the sentiments building on global markets.. recovery/bearishness..
Also Heard our GDP data is releasing in monday.. What will be impact expected ?? hw will be market on monday... pls answer all since im in huge loss and also confused..
CB, replies: Hi Arasu, if we go upto 5000 then one can go short.. overall sentiment is still positive but markets are looking a bit tired and are likely to see some downside in short term. hold onto your shorts for some time. GDP is not likely to have an impact on markets unless they are something that is unexpected. keep banknifty short for 2-3 days.
