Many of my holdings are small/mid caps which are going to take huge time to recover. Should I exit them and try to add few large caps on dips?

Recently lockin has been announced on yes bank shares.
What about those who want to buy bulk shares on Monday(16 March) in anticipation of price rise in future due to government announcement of investing in yes bank by sbi and other private players????
