what is happening to idea share, despite strong promoters its falling without breaks since 2 years. is it going to 10 paisa or it may bounce back to prior levels?

Dear Sir From Last Friday my Upstox Broker not allow buy in october series in stock option and say that you buy in november series option stock but not allow in october this is new rule please tell sir this is new rule
