Sir Procter nd Gamble health (Merck) is in a downtrend. Its falling continuously. Kindly suggest whether to exit it at the current rate

Hi CB could not exit in McDowell short at 620
Have shorted it at 609 ( you asked to keep stoploss of 620) I was not able to exit pls guide too much loss already made
