now i am in 17% profit. can i sell some quantity or can i hold total quantity when i have

Sir,I am new to this inveatment...i am planning to invest 5lakhs in trading in monthly basis...so i approached to motilal oswal for tradng...i asked them a risk free and not to affect my capital amount and they said for every month we will give you 3% for 1lakhs for sure without affectng your capital amount....is it true???can i believe them sir????i dnt need above 3%???please rply me
