CB, replies: Hi NDA, its de-merged. BirlaSoft (a privately-held IT-services company) shareholders are getting 22 shares of KPIT for every nine of BirlaSoft. KPIT Technologies shareholders will receive one share in the KPIT Engineering for every one share held in the company.
