What is the target price for SUN TV by end of Dec 2018

Hiiii sir,
I was holding Monnet ispat 7000 shares @15 RS
But now in my portfolio 2310 shares came today with price 21 RS.
But their amount of total shares was not showing at my portfolio.only NA wrote their..
Have I lost my money?
Should I hold now?

Most of the Insurance companies are rallying except HDFC Standard. Is there any specific reason behind that.
