Suzlon is to sell approx 35% stake in Hansen Transmission, reports NDTV Profit. Suzlon Energy holds 61% in Hansen, it adds, and proposes secondary placement in Hansen Transmission. Placement details, price to be announced after book building ends, reports the channel.
I think it's a good news for the stock in the long run as it will clean up the balance sheet of the company..
