Bought 2000 stocks of Burnpur Cement @14.25, now it is at 13, pls guide to add more? What is long term target? Alao let me know to book loss and exit.

I have 3000 stocks of KSK Energy @15.50 and recently it jumped to 20 but suddenly with few LOwer Circuits it was back to 15.75 on Friday and same day it show Upper Circuit too. Current price is 17.25, pls guide long term prospects or book profit or Hold till what level.
