Main fear that budget session ahead so mkt in crash mode pending ...again currently in last few days welspun constant down in every rise in mkt....but most stocks are running new highs along with mkt but welspun opposite...breaks 50 dmas....nd sup lvl..???

Want to know what is problem with welspun so that it constant down nd also not rising in last 7 months ???
Is it face value or promoter holding high nd very few fii holding problem ???

stuck up in heg will it go to 3000+ as if not the lc open today before closing then more 5% down overall in just 2 days 500+ gone
same happening with graphite both volatile.. are more upper ends open
