I have Grasim industries 1180 ce option @20 rs .Can i hold till expiry. Daily it shows up move and not able to sustain. Can you please let me know your view view on this?

in last 2 days mkt rallied 200 points up...but pitti not moving always down ???
but when mkt was down in recent days pitti was down then no points to say but when mkt constant up ,,why pitti down ??

I came to know about Airtel and Tata Tele merger, if that so what happens to the share holders of tata tele???
Will be allocated with Airtel share???
