Hi CB,
Trust you are doing good. I want to ask your software team to implement a couple of features within this "Query" menu:
1. Search by user. i.e., by providing my user id/name, I should be able to look at all the queries I posted and your answers to them if any. The problem now is, when I post a query, sometimes it takes a longtime for a response and I may have to get back to the site later. Searching my query is being tedious.
2. Search by stock name. i.e., by providing a stock name, I should be able to search any queries posted by others and your responses to them. This will help reduce repetitive queries for you. For eg., if I have a query on Reliance Industries, I would provide Reliance Industries in the search and the site should show me any queries asked by other users, so if I find someone has already asked what I wanted to, I can read your answer and reduce work for you and me.
My 2 cents to help user exp.
